Make Quark shake tasty and easy
Are you getting bored to consume Quark because of same monotonous taste?But Quarks are really important for building muscles and protein intake.Now you can turn your quark into something new and exciting meal that you can prepare easily.This Quark shake recipe is prepared without sugar and hence more. You can easy take about half to one kg quark per day.
- 500 Gramm Quark
- 1 litre water
- 2 peace of cardamom
- Saffron powder
- Take 500 grams of Quark and put them in blender.
- Now add 1 litre of water and blend it. Don’t blend for more than 30 seconds.
- Take 2 peace of Cardamom; removes their shale and makes powder.
- Now add cardamom powder and saffron to the Quark mix in blender and blend it again for 30 second. If you find that shake is thick, you can add more water.
- Put the mix in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. (The color will change to yellow because of saffron but it will surely taste better)
- Enjoy your tasty and healthy Quark shake.
- To increase protein value, you can add whey protein as per your requirement. But whey protein will change the taste so it is better to use non-flavored protein powder.
