Interview with the Fitness Model Alyssa Agostini
Name: Alyssa Michelle Agostini, WBFF Pro Fitness Model.
Age: 26Years Old
Weight: 128 lbs.!
How Did You Start Health and Fitness?
I have always lived an active lifestyle by taking part in numerous sports at a young age, but my fitness career took off in 2012. Then i went through a very difficult time in my life in 2011, and decided to sign up at a gym to relieve stress and become healthy for the new year (yes, I was a New Year’s Revolutionary!). I never lifted weights before, but have always been very athletic and had an athletic build, and loved knowing that I could sculpt and shape my body through training and healthy eating. It was approached by someone about fitness competitions, and decided to take my training to another level.
I competed in my first show in June 2012, the WBFF Eastern Championship in Boston, MA, and placed 2nd out of 35 women in my class. It was from that point forward that I became hooked on the fitness industry.
One year later, in June 2013, I competed in that same show and placed first out of 50 women and won my Professional Status with the WBFF Pro.

What inspires you?
My inspiration comes from making a positive influence in the lives of others. I truly get enjoyment out of changing peoples’ lives and inspiring them to be better; to get healthier.
I always set goals for myself and constantly strive to reach them. When things look too hard or too large in my own mind, I sit back and tell myself that anything can be built or achieved; brick by brick; stone by stone. The only thing that is stopping you is yourself, so in order to stay motivated and inspired I look internally. So, in a sense, you need to be a self-motivated person and keep your mind focused.
Last but not least, my family is the most amazing support system. Although they may have been hesitant when I first began my journey, they are understanding and are my biggest fans. My mother and step father have never missed a competition Wbff Pro. It inspires me to look and do my best – to make them proud
