Watermelon is full of vitamins and is great combined with almond.
- 2 cups seeded watermelon chunks
- 1 cup cracked ice
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Bland all the ingredients and serve straight away.
Pure Fruit Smoothie

- 450g/1lb mixed summer berries
- 2 oranges, juice only
- ¼ watermelon, flesh only
- 2.5cm/1in piece fresh ginger, grated
- crushed ice, to serve
Blend all ingredients in a smoothie maker and serve immediately.

- 1 Cup Watermelon; Cut Up
- 1 Cup Cantaloupe Or Honeydew;
- 1 Cup Pineapple; Cut Up
- 1 Cup Mango; Cut Up
- 1 Cup Strawberries; Halved
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- Crushed Ice
Mixture all ingredients except snow. Fill blender container 0.5 packed with mixture. Add pulverized to fill to the most notable. Cover and blend on high speed until of an uniform consistency. Duplicate with remaining mixture. Help immediately; garnish with berry, if desired.
