1 Banana, Apple, Blueberry, Blackberry Orange

Ingredients:

  • crushed blueberries (to taste)
  • crushed blackberries (to taste)

  • 2 1/2 pressed apples
  • a dash of freshly squeezed orange juice

Method:

  • 2 pineapple slices
  • 6 fresh strawberries
  • 15 frozen raspberries
  • 10 frozen blackberries
  • 15 frozen blueberries
  • 3 oz. favorite berry yogurt (optional)
  • ice cubes

Method:

Put all ingredients in a mixer; mix till SMOOTH.

Pour into cooled a glass and serve.
