Summer Fruit Smoothie
Traditional Raspberry and Strawberry Smoothie with Apricot

- 2 ripe apricots
- 3 0z raspberries
- 1 oz Strawberries
- About 10 ice cubes
After removing the stones from the apricots, combine all the fruits and ice cubes in a blender or smoothie maker and blend until.

- 1 Tbsp. honey
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

- 1 Bale shredded wheat or ½ C. Grape Nuts

- 1 peach
- 8 oz. dried apricots (can be soaked in the orange juice)
- 1 kiwi
- Cantaloupe/honeydew melon (in season.)
